We are cruising Dec. 7th in the Caribbean but will arrive at the departure Island one week prior, so trip interruption/cancellation insurance doesn't make much sense. Besides, we consider the cost of the cruise to be minor when compared to a potential medical issue.
Can anyone recommend a travel medical insurance policy only? Thank you in advance, the collective experience and knowledge on the board is incredible. |

Do you have ANY medical/hospitalization insurance out of the country? Are you looking for this to be primary or secondary? Are there any preexisting conditions for you to be concerned about? Evacuation insurance would be something you should look at too. How about being taken to the hospital of YOUR choice, not just the closest? Hmmm...being treated on some of the Carib Isalands wouldn't be what I would want.
