Default Diamond Balcony Discount Questions

It has been awhile since I used the discount and I have 2 questions.

I just put a courtesy hold on Jr. Suite, on a 4 day cruise, using the Royal Caribbean sale event rate.

1- Am I still eligible for a $100 Diamond balcony discount even though this is a "sale event"?

2- How do I get this discount applied? Do I have to call tomorrow when the payment is due or is there a place online to get the discount when making the payment?

Thanks.

Yes, you're eligible and just give them a call with your C&A number and have them apply the discount. Have a great cruise.

Call the C&A number to finish payment and add the discount.

Default If At First You Don't Succeed

The last time I booked through a sale, I was told that I would not get the diamond discount because the price was so low. I thanked them, called back, got a different person, and got the diamond discount.

Funny how things happen when you get the "right" person....
