Question need help planning very short stop here
me and my boyfriend are taking NCL Gem and will be in tortola on January 10. we have very limited time here 7am to 1 pm and cannot find anything to do with this short amount of time.
Can anyone recommended anything?

Anyone know of any internet cafes near where the ships dock?

There are tons of open air busses waiting to give tours for $15-$20 right when you get off the ship. We took one of these tours that was about 3 hours and found it very enjoyable.
