When can you see what OBC you have?
Many people have mentioned checking their OBC before they embark. I have been on the personalizer but cannot see any link to take me to an accounts page? What/Where/When please Princess cruise Feb 2010

Is the OBC from a TA? If so, it will not show on the Princess website.

If the OBC is from your TA, get it documented from them and bring copy with you just in case it falls thru the cracks and is not relayed to the cruiseline as it should be done.

Our TA gives us a copy of the confirmation form that she gets from HAL which shows all the shipboard credit that we are to get from everyone. I make an extra copy of it and take it along with me.
Then a couple of days into the cruise I ask for a copy of my bill check to make certain that the shipboard credit is really there.

Thanks everyone I have some OBC from the TA but also some from FCC letters which I also want to check but I cannot see where on the personalizer I would be able to see this credit? Any ideas?
I have printed out confirmations from both companies but would like to see what I have if possible before I embark
