White Party - does weather determine if indoor or outdoor?

I see that a recent White Party on the Dawn was inside, but others have been poolside.

Trying to decide what type of white outfit to pack!

On most sailings the White Hot Party is indoors in the Spinnaker Lounge (forward lounge above the bridge). However, on the Norwegian Sky sailings (weather permitting) the party is usually outside on deck.

I'd pack for indoors and be pleasantly surprised if it's outdoors. I usually have the white jeans anyway but then two shirts to choose from depending on location. If it's outside it's usually a long sleeve shirt and inside it's short-sleeved or muscle. Which ever one I don't use can be used at some other point during the cruise!

On all of our cruises, the WHP were in the Spinnaker Lounges.

If they were thinking of having one poolside, it would probably be determined by the CD after watching the weather conditions.

Just relazx and enjoy , of course its nice if the party is outside , we r in a cruise , thanks god mine was outside.

get a white short and a white tshirt, sandals and enjoy the music and dance , now , if you want to seat all night long , maybe get white jeans and long sleeve. Oh boy !!!! is carnival the fun ship ??? because I think ncl is not LOL
by the way , they sell a white tshirt that says hot white party but get ur own outfit

The White Party is an event in Miami Florida at this time of the year which benefits groups. I think you meant NCL's White HOT Party. That's an event which NCL put into place with their FreeStyle 2.0 initiative. It's based on the orginal White Party where the theme is wear white clothing and the music is like what you'd hear at such an event. The vibe is fast with vocal house being the norm with the music. It's a faster beat than disco and faster than hip hop. It's a nightclub event onboard. While it's geared for everyone to attend (and does generate bar revenue for the ship), not everyone enjoys it. Go and check it out and be sure to wear white! You can still attend if you don't but just be prepared to stick out a little.
