I had read here that Ryan is leaving the Gem in December. Does anyone have any word on who will be replacing him?

Yes, Ryan is leaving in December to start his vacation. After that, he will be the concierge on the Pearl.

Someone posted that Ruth (currently on the Jade) will be taking over for Ryan in December.
