I just moved our on-board booking from 12/23/10 7-night Caribbean to 7-night 2/20/11 Mexican Riviera. The price from 2A+2C in Cat6/5C reduced from 9k to 4k.
What a difference! (Just curious: 2/20/11 is the President Day holiday week, why so cheap? maybe the weather is too cold in February?)Does anyone know where I can find the navigators and excursion info of Disney's Mexican Riviera cruise? Is port or starboard side cabin more preferable with Mexican itinerary? Thanks. |

I prefer the Starboard side for two reasons. The prevailing winds are out of the northwest so if you have a balcony you can enjoy the relative gentle following breeze while on the balcony heading towards Puerto Vallarta. On the return leg, after your departure from Cabo, the starboard side is in the lee from the wind allowing you to still enjoy your balcony. On occasion the prevailing northwest winds can kick up to 25k+ making the port side wet and noisy as the wind pounds on the balcony door.
Enjoy your cruise.
