Default Royal web site, no San juan info.

For months now I have been trying to get excursion info for Old San Juan PR. All I get is "There are no results for requested search criteria" On the Royal Caribbean web site.

Is anyone else having this problem?

If you go to My Cruises (at the top of RC site) you just click on your reservation #. Then in the tab or in the highlighted yellow part just below COUNTDOWN TO CRUISE you will see "Cruise Enhancements". The excursions for your cruise are listed there along with Food & Drink and Gifts & Gear.

Tried that. Says there in the process of updating and to try back closer to sailing date. fifty something days till embarkment and no excursion info for San Juan.

If I try just in general and not on my cruises, it says no match for search criteria.

Cool

We were told that RCCL was not going to stop in San Juan anymore. Not sure but you might want to check.

I've been checking for several weeks now for our cruise in Jan, and we get the same message you're getting.

Default Hello

Hello, I just pulled up the Explorer, looked for info on the cruise, clicked on the itinerary where it says San Juan then on next page, far right, in pink it says learn more about excursions and it brought up a list...Bacardi Distillery,etc....

Yes that worked! Thank you.

I still can not book anything because when I go to my cruises, it says to try back closer to sailing date. At least I can get an idea.

Default San Juan Stop

I'll say if your cruise stops in the morning for the day you'll find excursions when you look. But, if your on a 4pm arrival that leaves around 11pm your on your own.

I think that might be the case. The ship arrives at 4pm and sunset is around 5:45pm.

Looks like we will be on the same cruise. Why do you say I hope it's not cancelled?

You might want to skip the Bacardi tour.

Friends just went on that tour, on another line, and it was horrible.
