Question Pregnant in Grand Caymen

I am going on my first cruise in about 2 weeks. I will be 23 weeks pregnant. I know I wont be able to swim with the dolphins (which I what I really wanted to do from the day I booked the cruise). Can anyone recomend things to do that wont be hamful because I am pregnant? I would prefer things that I could do through local companies instead of booking through carnival (unless it is cheaper ).
