What Costa started first with the X1 and then the J2 seems to be catching on with other cruise lines, first MSC and now Celebrity:

good luck to them. i'll never sail with either of those lines because of their anti-smoking policies.

Cunard has a version of the X1 package too and there is smoking on their ships, abeit with restrictions. Never was a problem for me and I am not a smoker.
