22 month on NCL GEM

Hi,
We are travelling with a 22 month, on NCL Gem, wondering if anyone has any info on open play time in the camp. We are aware the baby cannot go to the camp without an adult. Any and all suggestions would be great, this is also the first cruise with the little one. Thanks for any and all info on this subject. First time on the Gem. All the best.
