Great itenerary, we sailed it on the Crown Princess in 2007. We enjoyed all of the islands, especially Barbados (we went back for a week in 2008) and Tortola.

We just got a room for May 1, 2010 at the Sheraton Old Town San Juan for $107 on Hotwire ($209 through Sheraton's website). It is close to the cruise piers and of course, to tour Old San Juan. The Sheraton even has a suggested walking tour on their website. You can identify it on Hotwire (you don't get to see the hotel name until you buy it) as it is listed as a 3 star and has tennis under the amenities and no mention of a beach. If you want to try Priceline it is a 3 1/2 star. My strategy was to bid on Priceline up to the amount it was being offered for on Hotwire. When I had a bid of $105 rejected I picked it up on Hotwire. Since you are commited to a specific night, bidding on Priceline or picking a hotel on Hotwire would be the way to go if you want to save bucks.

Lay out all the clothes you want to take and then your money. Pack half the clothes and twice as much money

We have stayed at the Coral Princess Inn and Tres Palmas Inn. They are small and don't cost as much as some of the others. Have enjoyed both places.

Try Holiday Inn Express, El Prado, and I 'think' Hotel Milano". Not sure on the last one.

"All info?"

Not to sound parental, but "all" is a lot of information, and aside from hotels, you didn't give anyone anything to go on. You want info on scuba diving, tours, restaurants, what?

If you go to "Ports of Call," there's a handy Caribbean board which probably already has answers to many of the questions you have. And both Frommer's and Fodor's publish pretty useful guides to Caribbean ports of call.
