Redeeming Credit Card Points
Just wanted to share that I had a very unexpected positive customer service experience with NCL's credit card points system.. I called in to redeem the points, and much to my surprise, it only took about ten minutes to see the points posted to my reservation. Very happy with NCL on this.

I am guessing you traded them in for OBC? They are very quick about getting those cashed in for you. Have fun on your cruise. Be sure and come back and tell us all about it when you are back home. 8-)

Yes, I traded the points for OBC. I figured at this point it would just be easier. Now my tips and, I hope, most of my bar bill are taken care of. Total cost of the cruise for me is $75, after credit card points. Way to cheap to say no to.

I agree. With the conversion to the new credit card point system a few months ago, I happened to call twice with questions. The staff were great - even told me how to use the old points for dollars off the cruise price and then to use the "new points", cashing in just before the cruise, for OBC. Great service.
Will be on the Spirit Jan. 31.
