Concierge on the Gem

At what suite category on the NCL Gem do you start getting concierge service? Does the mini suite have concierge?

Concierge is for AE and higher. AG and AF mini suites do not receive concierge service,

Thanks...I have in my notes on my ressie to let me know about upgrades, I'm in a BA at the back of the ship (in the wake) so am hoping for a phone call. I should probably look to see what the suites look like so if they call I'll know if I want it or not.

You sound like you ? the back of the ship! We were at the back and I just changed to the front! What do you know about the back that I don't know? I thought that the front would be too windy?

I know nothing about the cabins at the back of the ship except that it is a desirable location that everyone wants, that is why I am expecting an upgrade call because they will be able to give my cabin to someone else for an upgrade.
