Default bumpiing tours

Has anyone had a problem contacting Bumpiing Tours - Ive sent two e-mails over the past 10 days but so far no reply. Still looking for a recommended tour in Dominica - preferably one that includes entrance fees. Help someone!

That's odd. Levi just emailed me twice last week.

I'm not sure if he's out on tours when I tend to email him. Seems to get back to me the next day. But, always helpful and punctual. I'm fine with getting a response the next morning. He does tours so I figure he's busy.

I think there's an issue with the webform. You can contact him directly at levibaron@bumpiingtours.com . He got back to me quickly and we are signed up for a trip on Dec 5th with him. You may also want to tell him about the website issues. The same thing happened to me.

I did a tour with Levi a couple of years ago and highly recommend using his services. Very informative and a fun guy to be with.

I just wanted to let you know, we just got back yesterday from our cruise and did a tour with Levi while in Dominica.

THE BEST!!!!

Everyone on our tour with him had the best time and really enjoyed the tour. If I can answer any questions, please email me and I will answer and send any pictures that I have.

We have Levi booked for our December cruise and we are really looking forward to it. Can you tell me what you did about food on this tour. Is there somewhere that you stop where you can buy something to eat? How long was the tour?

Thanks for the help!

ashtyn - Levi is one of the tour guides I'm looking into. Where did he take you and how much was it per person? Also how long was the tour?

The price was 40.00pp with the additional 7.00 for the optional Champagne reef.

We went to Morne Bruce, Botanical Gardens, Trafalgar falls and Titou Gorge.

Our tour was supposed to be 3 1/2 to 4 hours. We returned to the port after 8 hours. It was the best tour we took while on on cruise other then diving. Levi is great. He told us to take our time with the hiking and was always there to help when needed. He did give us the option of stopping at the sulphur springs but we declined.

There was not any food. We didn't realize we hadn't eatten since we were so busy but at the falls there was a food stand and one family on our tour did buy some food there and had no problem. Levi does provide soda, water and beer all day.

After dropping some people off at the port we went on to the Champagne reef. He was very patient and took those that wanted, out to the reef and was showing them the fish and I believe that they saw lobsters and a starfish. There were a lot of common fish swimming around. My husband and I did our own snorkel off to the side so not sure what they did see but I remember people talking about what they had seen.

He then dropped us back off at the port. WE were soooo tired. Grabbed a quick hotdog at the Bimini Grill and then went to our room to slowly get cleaned up for dinner.

Great Day

I booked this tour for next month. Did you get back to the ship in plenty of time before the ship sailed? I have been reading on the threads that this to is a lot longer than a 4 hour tour. I want to do the Champange Reef as well, but I wonder if we will have enough time to do it. Our ship is in port from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Default Good Luck

I have e-mailed 3 times and called him and actually talked to him and he said he would get back to me. He never has and I am giving up on him as I sail Dec 1st and will be there the 5th. He can't be that reliable if he tells you he will do something and then he doesn't. I am going to book something off the ship or stay on the ship.

We met him at 815 and were dropped off at about 415. I think we left that day at 6pm. If he knows you have to be back by a certain time I believe that he will get you there in time. Maybe not so long snorkeling.

Just got back from the Ruby Princess and did the same trip as Ashtyn previously posted. We met Levi right outside the port and we were back to the boat by 4:15 (this included the additional snorkeling at Champagne Reef). The Morne Bruce, Gardens, Titou Gorge and Trafalgar Falls was about 3.5-4 hours. The additional snorkeling tacked on the rest of the time. Money well spent and Levi is an incredible tour guide.

As far as food, You can purchase some food (if you want to wait in a long line) at Trafalgar Falls. We simply took packaged cereal and some fruit from the breakfast buffet and that was plenty until we got back on board. You are so busy you won't even miss it! Be sure to try out the local beer that Levi has on hand- it was really good!

Don't give up on Levi- he is worth the wait. Are you sure he is not being spam blocked from your email? Just a thought. He is really good at responding to emails so there must be a reason.
