In regards to a visa for Saint Lucia, if you are from any country that requires a visa to visit Saint Lucia but are on a cruise and will be in Saint Lucia for less than 24 hours, you do not require a visa to visit Saint Lucia.
For information on countries whose citizens require a visa to visit Saint Lucia, please visit the Government of Saint Lucia website at: www.stlucia.gov.lc. Scroll to the bottom left hand corner to the section "Frequently asked Questions". Click on "Do I need a visa to visit Saint Lucia?" You will see a list of the whose citizens require a visa to visit Saint Lucia and another list of the countries whose citizens do not require a visa to visit Saint Lucia. You can also download the visa application form from there and the list of requirements for applying for a visa. The photograph size requirement is 2 inches x 1.5 inches. If you reside in the US, there is a Saint Lucian embassy in Washington, DC and there is a UN Mission/Consulate in New York so you can apply for the visa through one of those missions. If you reside anywhere in Canada, there is a Consulate in Toronto. If you reside in Europe, there is a High Commission in London where you can apply.
