Has anyone done the deep sea fishing here?

We have not, but want to at some point on our cruise, so I'm giving you a bump.
Costa Maya seems like the place to do it, since it doesn't seem like there is much else.

Yes we have Several times a couple times in Cabo once on a panga and once on a 36ft when I was doing a land based vacation not much from the panga but only $50 for 3hrs caught some Bonito and Amberjack
The 36ft was 225pp caught 1 small marlin and 1 sailfish probably 75lbs
Just got back from The RCCL ROS went thru them for deep sea fishing in Manzanillo
We have been to Manzanillo a couple times and decided to book fishing
at 112pp wasnt expecting much but got on a nice 34ftboat with another couple caught a dozen tuna 6-15lbs and then went for Sailfish
My GF caught the only one about 71/2ft and a 100lbs
2 weeks earlier it would have won their tournament
the captain was nice to chase a couple whales and seaturtles so we could get some photos when were wernt gettin any hits
