You most definetly can! We brought back several bags and it was wonderful! We also had some while we were there. Just make sure if purchasing that the coffee was indeed grown in Columbia.

Default Coffee

There is some kind of limit as to how much coffee you can bring in personally, but the limit is WAY more than you would want to carry. So for all practical purposes you can bring in as much as you want. It is duty-free into the U.S.

Most of the coffee offered at the stops in Cartagena is the various 'grocery store brands' such as Sello Rojo, Almendra Tropical, etc. A giant step above that is Juan Valdez brand, available at the Port and at a couple of places in town.

The very best is arguably the various regional coffees and different roasts sold under the brand "Convida". This is available only at Pierino Gallo Plaza in the new part of Cartagena, upstairs at a shop called Coffee And.
