How to Cancel Tour booked online
I did a search but did not find this answer.
If a tour is booked on the CCL web site and you want to cancel it before sailing, how do you do that? Thanks Bon voyage Nanatravel

Did you book thru a PVP? BC you could call and cancel via your PVP. We booked ours online and had to cancel while onboard and it was ok we got an OBC.

Call Carnival and ask to be transfered to the excursions desk...you can cancel there. I think they even give you a confirmation number. We have done this numerous times.

If you purchased it online you should be able to go to your reservation information and click on "View Cruise Details" and then click on "shopping cart" You can then choose the excursion you purchased and cancel it from there. It will credit your credit card. I did this last summer for our cruise.
