golf courses in newport
Anyone know if there are golf courses relatively close to where we dock in Newport that DH could get to easily??? Thanks!

The closest is about 10 minutes away, off island but it is only 9 holes - Jamestown Country Club. The closest 18 hole course is Newport National Golf Club in Middletown RI about 13 minutes away. To get a taxi, your best bet would be to walk to the Newport Visitor's Center located one block north from the tender dock. SBtS
