Welcome Bucket Brigaders!!
Hi Everybody!!
Welcome to the Bucket Brigade forum! Hope everybody enjoys themselves here! We just got back from our 3:30 appointment to do the camper walk-thru. I feel like I've been beaten with a stick. What a long, drawn out process. We found 4 minor things wrong, which they had fixed by the time we got done our paperwork. Bedroom door wouldn't close, there was a nick out of some of the trim, the bedspread had a flaw in it, and there was a screen not in a window. We were in that camper for about 2 hours, with all systems on, and it was hot as hades in there. I think the salesguy and Kenny wanted smack me when I said I wanted to make sure the fireplace worked.  We bought special screens for the vents to keep stink bugs out, and they are installing them free of charge. Also installing the air-maxes and a screen-door guard at no charge. This was totally painless and I'd buy from them again..........just not anytime soon, that is! Camper is being delivered to the campground on 5/2, and we're officially moving all our stuff in on 5/6. WOO HOO!! Can't wait!! Anyone else out there?? I'm hearing crickets! Suze!

Now, stop that blankety-blank cussin'!
Heading up to camp at o'dark-thirty tomorrow to finish cleaning and getting the few things we left inside. I need to be back tomorrow night, so it's gonna be a long day. Five hour drive round-trip. We had no idea the new one would come in this early, so it's rush, rush, rush. Kenny has to work the entire weekend, so no long-drawn-out family Easter Dinner for him. I'm going Sunday to represent the two of us. Happy Easter, everybody! Anybody have fun plans? (I don't!)

Still home..............
Was all packed up and ready to go to up camp at 6:30 this morning, but canceled at the last minute due to heavy rains/flooding expected up there. There was a big problem last weekend when we were up there. Roads had 2 feet of water, and some of our friends left for an errand to home depot. Hours later, they still hadn't made it back, because all the main roads up the mountain were closed, so they had to meander around until they found their way back. So, I'm going to shoot for next Saturday to head up there. It takes the pressure off a little, so I can enjoy myself today!!  Kenny came home from night shift and was enjoying some ML's and bustin' leftover crabs at 6:30 this morning! Ya gotta love it! I personally see nothing strange or unusual about this behavior! He's in bed now and I'm trying to keep the dogs from barking. You never hear a peep outta them unless someone is trying to sleep!!

Hi there Bucket Brigader's - I'm just doing a quick swim by to wish everyone a Happy Easter. Two more nights to go for me this week. Then I will get back to the business of having some fun and getting the ever growing to-do list started.
