From the photo, it looks as though the Sea Princess's balconies are different from other ships I've been on. Are they?

Sea Princess Balconies
Dawn, Sun, and Sea Princess ship balconies are "HULL" balconies, they cut holes in the hull, and put a rail and panel on the edge of the hull.
Diamond, and the new Royal all have balconies attached to the HULL of the ship. I like both the Hull balconies can provide more protection from the elements. We will be on the Sea Princess in Aug. 2012 to Alaska.
