Recipe for Carnival Miracle Nick & Nora Restaurant
We were on the Miracle earlier in the year and we attened the cooking show that they held up in Nick and Nora's Restaurant and they gave the recipes at the end and now I can't find my copy. Any one have the recipe for the Baby Leaf Spinach and Fresh Mushrooms with Blue Cheese Dressing and Warm bacon bits? Would like to make this for Thanksgiving dinner.

Sadly not true in this case. However I found the recipe for the vegetarian lasagna they serve on board. Oh and a couple of mixed drinks. Deal is, I don't like blue cheese would never eat it in a million years until I tried it during this cooking demo and now I am on the hunt.
