January 7, 2012 South America Cruise on Star Princess

We're staying in Santiago for 3 nights pre-cruise before we head out on our South America journey from Valparaiso to Rio De Janeiro. Any recommendations on tour guides in Santiago? Any recommendations on transfers to Valparaiso? Also need transfers/tours in Rio De Janeiro at the end of the cruise.
