Pre-Cruise Get Together

All right, I thought we should get together prior to the cruise to discuss things like excursions and ports of call etc. Sandy says she can come to answer any questions we have. I was thinking about Sunday afternoon March 18th. How does that work for everyone? We were thinking about 3:00PM in the afternoon. I would also like to get paid for the bus that day. Please reply to this post if this date works for you or not.
