Received the 3 blue plastic Cruise critic tags for $3 each

Haven't been able to open them...I know you pinch the sides in and you should be able to slide it open....it is not working...
will not do me any good if I can't use them....Let me know how to remendy this.....Thanks

Never mind.....Had husband using his brute strength (LOL) and he managed to get the CC tags open......They are nice to have to put on our cases!!
