Best cruise line for solo female

Firstly would like to say that I am new to this site and think it is fab and cant wait for all your valuable help
I am thinking of going on my own later this year probably from Sept onwards but cannot decide which cruise line will be best for me .I have cruised 4 times with Rccl and once with Princess and have never gone solo before and am a little nervous about going alone
I have been looking at Rccl again also Ncl and Carnival.
