White linen dining option for deluxe suites?

Someone mentioned that deluxe suite passengers have an option of "whiten linen" dining in their suite (or on the balcony). Does anyone know the details of this and how it differs from basic room service dinner. I know you can order off of the Main Dining Room menu (done that before), but what is the difference. Also, how do you arrange this?
