Wine Packages on Celebrity Eclipse;

I cannot find out if the Wine Package is only for one part of a couple or can husband and wife share the bottles of wine.If the former then as far as we are concerned it is a wast of time and money if it is for a couple to share then I am all for it.Please advise as everywhere I have tried to find some information I have been stymied
