Which Cruise line doesn't charge for infant?

We plan a cruise to Caribbean with our 1 year old baby this summer. At first we though royal caribbean is not bad, but was told that we need to pay the full price for the baby just as an adult. I googled and found that a lot of cruise lines charge for infant. Does anybody know any cruise line that have special policy/deal for baby?
