What's the dining situation on HMC?

Sorry, can't seem to find any information about this on the Carnival website, or here. I apologize if it's a completely obvious place.

Anyway, we have been to Castaway Cay, but that's our only private island experience. Loved Cookie's BBQ on CC, is there something similar on HMC? We are traveling with younger kids, so I am just trying to get prepared and figure out how our days are going to go. Hopefully we can stay off of the ship for most of our HMC day.

They have a free BBQ on the island.

It's pretty much the same on every cruiseline private beach day....there will be a BBQ lunch, so you won't have to go back to the ship to eat.

4 U shaped stations, all serving the same thing (at least with Carnival), chicken, burgers, and hot dogs, salad, fruit, cookies (IIRC). The drink station is a seperate little kiosk just to the left.

We enjoyed the food more at HMC more than any other private island! VERY CLEAN!
In addition to what's listed they also had a couple of hot casserole vegetables offered when we were there.

HAL does periodically offer some items not listed on the board.

Carnival has jerk chicken. It's delicious!

Looking forward to my 6th visit to HMC in November!
