shore excursions on Med. cruise

we are going to be cruising on the Solstice on a Western Med cruise. Myself , husband and 2 adult children.I have cruised before and want to know from others which shore excursions through the ship are worth the money. I know I want to see Pompeii and Amalfi coast .... would love to hear some reviews of ship sponsored excursions not to be missed... thank you!
