Embarkation Day Lunch
Can anyone confirm that the Versailles will be open for lunch today (our Embarkation Day!!!). I've read the posts that say it is open for lunch but the daily that I saw (thanks XenaGurl) indicates it is closed.
Thank you. And I'll be sure to post my review when I return.

Every NCL cruise we've been on has the main dining room open for lunch. Even if people say it's closed, head back there to verify it. On one cruise we were told it was closed and it wasn't.

We go to the MDR for embarkation day lunch. After all of the travel to arrive at the port, and check-in procedures, it feels good to enjoy a sit-down meal with waiter service.

Just looked at Zenagurl's review that the OP referred to, and she said she had lunch in the MDR on embarkation day.

NCL cruises I've been on one of the MDR's was open (even on the 1 Day CTN) even though each time I was encouraged to go to the buffet.
Sometimes there are wedding receptions in the other MDR (depending on the size of the group) so it may not be Versailles but I only saw that posted once here.
