Cherry Grand Marnier sold only in St Maarten?

For anyone who has recently been to St Maarten...have you purchased Cherry Grand Marnier on the french side or Dutch side? Do you remember what store? Any info would be greatly appreciated!!

Cherry Grand Marnier is sold at Gulmohar's on Frontstreet, Philipsburg, and probably lots of other places.

OK, just to be certain, this is Cherry Marnier, it is not the new Grand Marnier Cherry that is soon (September?) to be released.

That said, Gulmohar's carries high-end products, so if you're looking for the new one I would check there when it's released.

I know that they're releasing a new cherry liqueur in the fall, but I've heard that there is a cherry flavored grand marnier that has been available for sale. Is this the one that you've purchased?

I was curious about the liquor as well. Can anyone tell me if it's good? I'm a big fan of the original orange and also is it expensive?

I enjoy Grand Marnier rocks, but this was too 'cherry' for my taste.

I didn't purchase, just had a taste at Gulmohar's, but my recollection is that it was less than $20.

We bought ours last year somewhere in Marigot. It was less than $20. I'm guessing you can find it in several stores around the island, though this was the first time we had seen it.
