Because of all the medical issues I have had since April, we have had to cancel three vacations and two cruises. Will be arriving in FLL on the 17th and won't be leaving until Monday morning. Looking forward to seeing old friends and meeting new ones. See you soon!!

Joyce, glad to hear that you and John will be able to stay Saturday evening.

Jerry, there's always the December cruise! Sounds like you need some replacements and that would be ideal!

Joyce...I will probably wear capris and a blouse! I hope your neighbors will watch the dogs for you! I'd love for you to be able to stay over. Whenever you get there, we will be waiting.

Pia...no worries, I don't think any of us are in a hurry. So whenever we get a table is fine.

Jerry....I know how bad you need this trip. So looking forward to giving and getting a hug!! Also, as Lynda said, December is a nice replacement for the two cruises you had to cancel

Hi Everyone,

I've booked the Hampton Inn again, have a call into my neighbor. When she calls me back I'll know if they'll be here next week. Lots of people here have gone home for August but I do have another couple I can ask.

Jerry & Jim, how about the Ruby for New Year's, there's a small group of us going. It's always fun to be at sea on New Year's Eve!!

So, the pre-party actually starts on Friday. Have fun and stay sober. Then again, only the designated driver needs to be sober.

I just called Grand Lux to make reservation; they won't accept it for a Saturday at 1:00 PM. Between noon and 2:00 are their busiest times. I knew that, but it's still off season. I will be there no later than 12:30 to put our names on the list. I'm pretty sure it will work out OK.

I'm sure most of us at the hotel will be eating brekkie on the later side so saint won't be a problem plus if we are all extra hungry the food will be extra yummy!!

We are starting to get silly. Means we need a cruise. That's why I grabbed a short Carnival one. Just can't seem to stay away from a ship.
