My husband and I are sailing on the Carnival Freedom on August 19th, 2012 from Fort Lauderdale. He is on home hemodialysis using a Nx Stage portable dialysis mschine and was wondering if anyone else doing home dialysis is sailing on this cruise. This is our first time traveling since he started doing home hemodialysis three months ago, and we are both nervous and excited to be able to travel again!!

Let me know how you make out....my husband is on the home hemo with Nxstage and I've wondered how accommodating the cruise lines are with handling the supplies, etc.
Hope your cruise went well! Sue |
