What extra charge restaurants are on the Summit and what are the charges.

Hi Fred
The specialty restaurants on the Summit are Normandie and Qsine, both are $40. The other specialty eatery that has a fee is Bistro on 5, which is a $5 fee(for the entire meal, not per serving).
