When could you expect to see a significant reduction/sale pricing on fall 2013 TAs.

You are talking about next year right? Take a look at the pricing this year - there are some sweet deals. Keep your eye on the specials as no one knows when they will come out or what will be chosen. However, around August or this time - there should be some great deals IF the ships are not sold out

The autumnal TATLs are not selling well this year for HAL (having 4 ships sail within 9 days probably doesn't help). For this years' sailing, I noticed fares starting to drop in May/June (when I started to get interested) and seem to plateau out in mid August. Haven't noticed any further drops since then.
