Still home.......working 9:30 to 6 today because we're going to a 6:30 social security seminar with our financial guy and it's at the Washington Crossing Inn so it's closer to go from work.

Gotta go..........a friend from payroll who is coming with us is picking me up in a few minutes. Tony will pick us both up at 6 and come with us. My boss might even come!

There's a Thai place near us - wasn't impressed - my friends and I tried one at our old town where we grew up, BUT we didn't order the Thai stuff - So now I have to go back and order Thai food and see if it's as good as their reviews - will bring Narce - I like some of it but not a whole lot - there's one in LA we like and one in Hawaii - I told Narce we should be like the Travel Channel and critique all these food places - get on TV - get free food - i know, i am dreamin... We only talked a few minutes and yes I asked him if Oprah was with him! lol He was standing there putting a bunch of toppings on his frozen yogurt so I didn't want to bother him to much! He had on dress pants and a white shirt with the sleeves rolled up but everything just looked expensive and he smelled so good!! lol I wish John would have taken my picture but he was just sitting at our table giving me that look again! He would never go up to someone like I do !!

Patty, you and Tony would probably love Thai food because some of things are really really hot and spicy !! They use a lot of different curry pastes.....red, green, yellow. Very fresh ingredients.....veggies are crisper, not mushy....lol.

I usually get Lemongrass Chicken and veggies (its basically a stir fry) but its spicy. John gets a pork dish called Gaeng Ped Pork, that comes in a little kettle that they put over a burner to keep it hot. Its sauteed strips of pork, red and green peppers, carrots, onions and fresh tomatoes in a red curry and coconut milk sauce......its amazing! Very spicy too. I put a little of his sauce on my rice.....yum.....but I'm sure its not diet friendly!!

LOL.......I'll talk to anyone.....anywhere! John says I got that from my mom and he's right. She would talk to people in the grocery lines, in store aisles, parking lots......anywhere! My dad was the opposite......very quiet!

You're right......he should have bought my yogurt. Because I got up to talk to him when I got back to our table it was a cup of melted yogurt soup!

I get kinda' shy sometimes (I know that's hard to believe) -- and Narce will insist on taking my pic with a celeb... but we haven't come across one yet - well, that guy that sings Happy Days were always on our cruises and we say Hi to him but that's about it - don't like him enough to have a pic with him -

Yes Mimi, I am all Miss Celebrity here - i love seeing Celebs - PEOPLE is my bible and I get it every week!! ha!ha!

I must tell you all - seriously, I would love to meet and listen to a talk by Miss Maya Angelou - I love her books - I love her recipe books - her life and history is amazing and so surprising --

WE have enjoyed going to concerts and seeing our faves - however, I am afraid that if I approach some celebs, they will snob me - so I play it safe - for example when Narce and I saw Kristy Yamaguchi on the Explorer, she was leaving as we were getting on - she was on the inaugural cuz of the skating thingey, and we were on the 2nd voyage - Narce said HI to her and talked to her - she was very nice - I just stood there - I told you guys, I am shy...

So when I see Mimi, I'll just stand there in awe - I'll be too shy to say anything to her!!

There was a special once near our house and it was $450.00 to get in and hear popular people speak - 7 of them - and also Miss Angelou -- thought that was a little steep for me - esp since I didn't know any of the other 6 speakers - now if she were the only one, then maybe I could let go of some those pennies - I just love her style of speaking and writing --- I have all her books, but the prints are so small that I need to order them on my Kindle -

Crap, I would rather do this one instead of the Feb. 10, 2013 but can't talk Walt into it.

I know we leave Dec 1, and it would make it hard on Liz. I already came up with a plan. Walt can make a large screened in area outside that attaches to the dog door. Liz could stay home, Rob's gf could stay here. Cats could use screened area too. What more can you ask, lol

Kathy's back. I better tell her where we are. It was great seeing Patrick again. I would like to cruise with him and Saint Janice someday.

That Explorer cruise is sure cheap. If we only had vacation time left.

Do I do this again, minus the luggage tags, for Dec. 9th?


I guess I also have to do set sea thingy for Dec. 9 as well and the 2nd.

Mimi, Dee said you don't have to print those pages because it's that information is already on your set sail pass so just print both set sail passes for each cruise. You only have to bring your set sail passes.
