Wedding ceremony music

Hi ladies! Hope everyone is coming along well in their planning! . I have been looking through these boards and wondering if any of you have, or know, about music personalization during the ceremony on Carnival? I know they give you an option of like three songs, or you can bring your own CD...but my dad wants to bring his guitar or violin to play as I am walking down the aisle. It's my second wedding, so he isn't walking me down this time, my DD's are, but he wants to contribute that way. Has any body checked into this or saw this info on the boards? I emailed Carnival but they haven't replied back yet so I thought I would check with the real experts

We didn't have any problems with our music. The Carnival wedding department will only give you the "text book" answer. Talk to your wedding co-ordinator about your special requests. They will do anything to make you happy.

Okay I will try emailing them. I am sure thy wouldn't care if I provided my own, I mean there is even a slot on the form to say so...just didn't know if they would allow an instrument for my dad to play it live.

Just incase anybody else ever wanted to know...yes, Carnival is allowing my dad to bring his violin on the ship to play as I walk down the aisle, as well as setting up a microphone at no additional charge for it
