Anyone have info on crew contracts or pay

Does anyone have any info on what is contained
in a typical crew members contract
or what their pay scale ACTUALLY is?
Looking for some factual information please.

It's been widely reported that the starting base "Crew" salary (not entertainers, bartenders etc) is $1.20/hr.

We just got off a b2b on Feb. 3. An officer of the ship told us that the head cabin steward gets paid $75.00 a month US. He and his 2 helpers have 16 cabins to look after (with 2 visits each a day). They depend on receiving that $3.80 per day through gratuities...and then some. We always tip an extra $3.00 a day as they wait on us hand and foot and work very hard. Yes...they get room and board...but really $75.00 a month??? They are also required to sign on for a 9 month contract.

1 - 1.5k plus tips for bar waiter
900 - 1.3k for asst. cooks
1.5k - 2.5k for cooks/demi-chefs

That's what our cabin steward on our most recent Carnival cruise told me. I had no reason to doubt him.
