so i hate to sound ridiculous... but I am one of those people who have no idea what to do on a rower, but love to try new things at a gym. We are going on the Caribbean and would love to know what to do so that you guys won't be making fun of me here!!!
You don't sound ridiculous at all. The Concept 2 rower is a piece of equipment that has to be used properly to get the full benefit of it. With proper technique, it safely provides a full body workout that you won't get on any other machine. (I should be selling these things...
I think the fastest way for new users to understand how it works and how to use it is to watch a video on youtube. Since we can't post links here, when you get to the youtube site, just add 'concept 2 rowing technique' in the search field. The first 2 or 3 results that come up should give you a pretty good idea. Feel free to ask if you have any more questions.
