Default Officiant question-RCCL

My brother is a ordained minister and I would, if possible, like to have him conduct the ceremony on the ship, does anyone know if RCCL allows this?

Default Taking a rabbi onboard

We are taking a rabbi onboard and he is marrying our daughter and fiancé on the ship. From what I understand if the ceremony is done while in a US port where the minister is licensed it's fine. If it's at sea or somewhere the minister is not licensed, then it's a symbolic ceremony and the marriage license has to be signed beforehand. No one need know its a symbolic ceremony.
