Celebrity Eclipse overnight in barbados

Itinerary change for 3-20-2016 eclipse in Barbados. We will be there from 8 am until 5am or 5pm the next day-there have been two different reports but nothing confirmed. Unfortunately we arrive on Sunday so little is open. What to do late afternoon and/or evening? We will be snorkeling that first morning. This is a brand new thing celebrity is doing
