Horseback riding in Progreso / Merida area

Does anyone know of any places to go horseback riding in the Progreso or Merida areas? The only information I can find online is several years old, and doesn't seem to be valid any more.

Has anyone tried this recently?

Probably too late, but I have heard of some pony rides for kids if that helps.
