Curacao Rental Car

Can anyone recommend how to go about renting a car in Curacao for the day when we are there in December on RC's Navigator of the Seas? I reserved with Avis, however no credit card info was necessary and after reading other reviews, I'm concerned! Many people said that no one was at the port with Avis once they arrived. Anything you can recommend would greatly help - even not to miss places on the island! Thank you so much, in advance!!

You can book online via Avis website, no credit card details required. The Avis office is to the right of the tented area in the small coloured cabins. When we collected our car the lady was only there between 8.30-9.30am.

Strongly suggest you check the tyres, especially the spare. We had a flat tyre within 30 mins of collecting the car and the spare was also flat - we warned !
