Sightseeing on our own

Have tour booked with Thenford Grey, but considering doing something on our own (as we are doing an expensive tour in St. Lucia) & DH only wants to do 1 tour. Can we sightsee on our own?

by on your own,do you mean renting a car and sightseeing by your self?

Just maybe walk around?

There are things to see that are close to the pier. There are no beaches that are within walking distance of Port Zante.

Go to the govt of St Kitts tourism site at :http://stkittstourism.kn/ , another good place to find ideas is Trip Advisor.

We walked along the sea front to Palm Court gardens and bought a day pass for $12pp for a few hours to relax and use the infinity pool and Wi-Fi. Lunch and bar available, extra if you require. You can just visit the gardens (very small) and shop if you want for $2.

You can walk around the town outside the port but as has already been said no beaches within walking distance.
