6 ships in port...what to do?

We are leaving in 10 days on Allure and have a stop in Cozumel. There looks to be 6 ships in port....with about 23,000 people! I have the Twister Passion Island excursion booked, but I am afraid of getting motion sickness....and my husband recently hurt his back. My 2 kids are most interested in the floating water park aspect of the excursion. With so many people in port, what do you suggest we do? I know Playa Mia, Mr. Sanchos, and Paradise Beach all have floating water areas, but won't they be super crowded due to all the ships in port? Looking for suggestions! Thanks!

Happily, Cozumel is a port that handles a large number of ships quite well.

Plan what you wish and don't worry. :)

Paradise Beach is HUGE and can handle the crowds; as mentioned above, 6 ships is pretty normal for Coz.

With hubby's back and your proneness to motion sickness , scratch the Twister.

Any of the 3 beaches you mentioned will be able to handle your group. Just google each one's website and see which one has the most appeal. don't worry about Mr. Sanchos pushing its AI. The rest of the place is what you're looking for and as with Playa Mia and Paradise Beach, DIY. Cost could be less than the Twister.

Thank you very much for your replies!!! I appreciate the help. Last time we went to Cozumel we went to Chankanab for the Dolphin Swim and to enjoy the park. We have also been to Nachi Cocum without the kids and enjoyed it also.
