Cabo San Lucas - Unplanned Early Morning Excursions

The cruise ship will be docked in Cabo for 24 hours, from 1:00 pm the first day to 1:00 pm the next day. The first day I booked an excursion with the cruise line to have priority tendering instead of waiting an hour or two to get on land.

The second day I'd like to maybe do a glass bottom boat ride past the arch, Lover's Beach, and the coast in general. Due to sail away being at 1:00, it would have to be earlier in the morning. Will there be tour vendors at the dock in the morning? Or even tour vendors at Medano Beach? I wouldn't mind taking a taxi there to have breakfast and then taking a small boat tour of the arch and coast.

Cabo is a tender port. If the tenders are running, there will be tour vendors on the dock.

Which cruise line?

Carnival goes out of the bay before dark.

Princess's tenders run until 11p or so, starting again in the morning.

It's good to know that there will probably be vendors on the dock in the morning. We are sailing with Princess.
