Default Fernando Flores Tour - Puerto Vallarta?

I am wondering if anyone has done a recent tour with Fernando Flores in PV? Fernando is an associate of Mazatlan Frank. I am confident Frank would not recommend someone he does not have confidence in, but I would feel better getting some feedback from my CC friends. Did you enjoy your tour? Where did you go and what would you recommend? I would love to see as PV itself, the rain forest, etc. No zip lining or horse back riding, please.

Hi Ginny,

My wife and I took the city tour with Alfredo Flores in Dec of 2007 and throughly enjoyed the day with him. There were two other couples who joined us on this excursion and we meshed really well with them and that was a bonus especially when we had lunch together at the El Nogalito restaurant. That was the highlight of the day for me in PV and was Alfredo's suggestion. I relaxed in the rain forest under the canopy of trees. Google their name and check out their website under the PVmirror. I think you will enjoy the rest of the day as well and the pricing seems very reasonable. I would be happy to answer any other questions if you have any.

We are going back on the Sapphire in December and plan to repeat the tour and hopefully the restaurant that I am looking forward to. By the way you don't have to do any zip lining either.

Have fun!

Thank you for the response. It sounds like a good day. We will be talking about what to do and I will let DH see your review.

I have booked the tour. Several others in our Roll Call will be joining us. Could you tell me about the pricing at El Nogalito? You said it was reasonable. Approx how much would you say for an average lunch there?
